Roman cuisine revisited in one of the oldest restaurants of Rome, which recently reopened after several years of restauration works. The restaurant is located in a late 1400s mansion, which housed a tavern in medieval times where pilgrims coming to visit the Eternal City made a stop for refreshments and found accomodation. Historical dishes include "riso oro e zafferano" (gold and safran rice), and "raviolo aperto" (open raviolo).
